CRW Construction’s Return Policy

CRW Construction is committed to customer satisfaction and provides a return policy to ensure their customers are adequately taken care of. The return policy outlines the circumstances surrounding refunds and sets the expectations of customers in their interactions with CRW Construction.

At CRW Construction, we understand that sometimes customers may need to return their purchase due to unforeseen circumstances. We allow returns within 14 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original, undamaged condition. Upon returning the item, you will receive a refund in the method of payment used when the order was placed.

If the item purchased from CRW Construction was damaged or defective upon arrival, we are willing to work with our customers to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, and if within a reasonable time frame, we will replace the item and provide a refund if the item cannot be replaced.

For custom-made and built-to-order items, we have a slightly different return policy in place. Refunds for these items are only available if the customer made a change in the order. Customers must also be willing to pay the costs associated with returning the item, as CRW Construction will not assume any of these costs.
