The Enhance Companies proudly offer specialized services for brick pavers, retaining walls, seating walls, pergolas, arbors, landscape lighting, firepits and fireplaces in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and Fleming Island. Before engaging in any services offered by The Enhance Companies, it is important to understand the terms and conditions that apply.

The Enhance Companies are members of various organizations, such as the Brick Industry Association (BIA), and adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. The company reserves the right to decline services and/or supplies orders placed by customers if they do not comply with these standards.

The Enhance Companies accept cash, check, and credit card payments for their services. All prices are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of the order. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to customers before the order is confirmed.

All services provided by The Enhance Companies are guaranteed for their workmanship, but not their materials. Services provided by The Enhance Companies warranties are void if damage of any kind is caused by improper use, misuse or abuse of the product(s).

The Enhance Companies strongly recommend that customers obtain an appropriate insurance policy for their own protection. Customers are solely responsible for any and all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury, or any other harm arising from the materials, products, and services provided by The Enhance Companies that are beyond their control.

The Enhance Companies are not responsible for any modifications in design and/or material specifications that are necessary to meet the customer’s requirements upon completion.

The Enhance Companies shall not be liable for any consequential damages, including, but not limited to, any loss of profits, or other damages arising from the failure of the customer to provide a timely response and/or to create a suitable site for the services requested to be performed.

The Enhance Companies reserves the right to refuse service, supplies, and/or access to any customer or property for any reason at their sole discretion.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions and engaging with The Enhance Companies customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions shall remain in force and effect until agreed otherwise.
