Superior Surfaces Return Policy – What are the terms for returning products and materials

Superior Surfaces is dedicated to customer satisfaction and offers a generous return policy. At Superior Surfaces, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products. We understand that sometimes the product purchased may not meet your expectations, so we strive to make the return process as easy as possible with no hassle.

If for any reason you wish to return any of our products, we offer a simple return policy. All returns must be pre-approved and are only accepted within 14 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for a return, customers must have the original receipt, the original tags, and the products must be in perfect, original condition. We do not offer exchanges, so all returned products must be returned in their original package. We do not accept returns on custom made, altered, special-ordered, and closeout items.

Customers also have the option to return items via store credit. If customers choose to be issued store credit, they will receive the full purchase price, minus any taxes and fees, less applicable restocking fees. Store credits are valid for up to 90 days from the date of issuance.

Not all returns are accepted. Returns are subject to inspection and, if deemed unacceptable, will be refused. We may refuse any return on items that have been damaged in transit, used, or otherwise not accepted by the manufacturer.
