East Coast Cooling Tower is committed to providing excellent customer service and we make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product and we make the process as simple as possible.

Our return policy allows customers to return any product within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice, and in some cases, proof of purchase such as an e-receipt or packing slip. Unless the item is defective or damaged in shipping, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

When returning an item due to an error on our part, East Coast Cooling Tower will provide a full refund and cover all shipping fees.
